Day 01 : AIRPORT – PINNAWELA – SIGIRIYA - Approx 03 hrs
Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport. Welcome to Sri Lanka! You are met by your our Representative in the arrival area and transfer to Sigiriya. In route Visit the Elephant Orphanage in Pinnawela. The orphanage is home to hundreds of abandoned or injured Elephants who are looked after with warmth, love and affection. The elephants at the orphanage are bathed daily in a river located nearby. Overnight stay at Heritage Dambulla ( Standard room ) Dambulla
Day 02 : DAMBULLA – SIGIRIYA
Breakfast at hotel Evening : Visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Sigiriya - the “Fortress in the Sky”, one of Sri Lanka’s major attractions, and see the remains of the Palace on the summit, Lion-staircase, Sigiri Graffiti - the verses written on the Mirror Wall, Paintings of the Damsels-Light coloured (Vijjulatha) and Dark coloured (Megalatha) in "fresco-en-secco" and the beautifully designed Pleasure Garden (Water garden, Boulder garden).

Day 03 : SIGIRIYA – DAMBULLA – KANDY - Approx 03 hrs
Breakfast at hotel and proceed to Kandy tour. En route visit Dambulla Rock Cav Temples. Inside the Vihara are many seated, standing and recumbent Buddha statues and statues of gods. Most of the images and paintings belong to the Kandy period. Also stop at a spice garden to see spices growing in their natural habitat.The journey will include a few en route stops at Dambulla and/or Matale to visit a Spice Garden - a delightful place to stroll in fragrant greenery and learn about nutmeg, pepper vines, clove trees and curry, cinnamon and the precious cardamom, a relative of ginger. It grows in the shade of high jungle trees and can only be harvested by hand.Another visit is to a Batik Factory which is a wonderful opportunity to see the skill and hard work that goes into producing beautiful pictures and items of clothing on sale in the shops. You will see the workers working with the material and producing a design, waxing, and dyeing elaborate patterns before boiling and drying the material before the whole process starts again.You will also get a chance to visit a Wood Carving Factory and see the types of woods used by the craftsmen, the natural dyes they use and the intricacy of some of the hand carving they undertake for example on items of furniture, ornaments.In the afternoon visit The Temple of the Tooth, the palace complex and the holy city of Kandy are associated with the history of the dissemination of one of the most important religions of humanity, Buddhism. The Temple of Kandy is the product of the last peregrination of the relic of the tooth of Lord Buddha. Religious services (pooja) with traditional music and drumming are held daily at dawn, mid-day and in the evening where guests can participate.

Day 04: KANDY – N’ELIYA - Approx 03 hrs
After breakfast walk through the Royal Botanical Gardens inPeradeniya. Its treasures of tropical flora include fine collections of orchids, aromatic spices, medicinal herbs, palms and rare endangered plant species. These gardens were the naturally camouflaged operations headquarters of SEAC Supreme Allied Commander, Lord Louis Mountbatten during the 2nd World War.Thereafter scenic drive to the hill country. Proceed to Nuwara Eliya - also known as the “City of Lights” and “Little England”. Nuwara Eliya was the favourite hill station of the British and the old brick Post office, country houses like hill club, with it's hunting trophies and fish, and it's strict formal dinner attire; the 18 hole golf course, race course etc., all reminds one of 'England'.En route visit Tea plantation & tea factory. Overnight stay at Ramboda Falls Hotel ( Standard room )
Day 05 : N’ELIYA – COLOMBO - Approx 05 hrs
Breakfast at hotel proceed to Colombo city. Here we go for Half a day city/ shopping tour of Colombo, driving through the commercial area of the Fort. Drive past "Pettah" - a noisy Oriental bazaar with a hotchpotch of humanity, ancient vehicles, bargains, mosques & temples. Visit Hindu temple & drive past Jumi-UL Alfar Jumma mosque. Continue the tour through the Wolvendaal Dutch Church and Hultsdorf Law Courts, to the residential area of Cinnamon Gardens and on to the Independence Square and Bandaranayake Memorial International Conference Hall.Check-in at hotelOvernight stay at Grand Oriental Hotel ( Standard room ), ColomboHotel Sapphire ( Standard room ), Colombo
Day 06: COLOMBO – AIRPORT
